Accrington Stanley Professional Development Phase coach Lee Camp discusses the 5-0 Professional Development Phase win over Preston North End.
"I thought we were a bit slow to start. We know Preston are always going to be competitive, maybe slightly younger than us, so we knew that we'd be in a game.
"Once we got a foothold and started passing the ball about, we created a few opportunities and Ben Woods has scored a good goal to settle us down and from there on in, we were pretty much in control of the game.
"We passed the ball well, we defended well, and we took our chances.
"I thought the pros that came down and played were excellent, did things correctly in the game, and set a good example to the younger boys.
"Credit to Rio Alston, he's worked really hard, he puts a lot of work in on the training ground, and he's really conscientious about his game.
"When he faces people up, he can go on the outside on his left foot or come inside on his right foot.
"We just try to get him in positions where he can get at the full-back or at one of the centre-halves.
"He's got a bright future and he's an exciting player. Players that go past people and create stuff always catch the eye, and his two goals today are credit to all the work he's done and long may it continue."
