Nathan Baxter saved his second spot-kick in as many games to deny James Norwood, but the Stanley goalkeeper then sustained an injury and had to be replaced by Toby Savin.
The visitors equalised through James Wilson on 41 minutes, with Norwood then securing all three points in first half stoppage time.
