John Coleman knows Saturday's game with Rochdale at the Wham Stadium is huge for both sides.
Brian Barry-Murphy has taken over the helm at Dale following the departure of Keith Hill earlier this month as they battle to get out of the bottom four.
Barry-Murphy has taken four points out of the first two games and the Rochdale team come to the Wham Stadium hoping to move out of the relegation places.
“It's three points whoever you play but if it's against a team where taking three points off you could damage your League One status, then it has an added incentive," said Coleman.
“Brian has done well since he has taken over with four points out of two games. If we could take four points from two games between now and the end of the season, I would snap your hands off.
“Brian is a really nice guy, he has got the respect of the players which helps if you are making changes and he is passionate about the club.
“Keith Hill is obviously a Rochdale legend and I was surprised to see him go but that's football at times.
“Tuesday's win was vital for us and you can see the change, the mood in training has improved, there is a spring in the step of the players but we are under no illusions how tough Saturday will be and how important it is.”
Liam Gibson (stomach) is battling to be fit for the game while it's too early for Ross Sykes (groin).
