Work will begin on Accrington Stanley's new £1m+ stand on Tuesday next week.
The Whinney Hill 'Cowshed' stand will house 1,100 spectators, inclusive of new toilet facilities and careering outlets. There will also be new floodlights.
Money will come from the club and be match-funded by the Football Foundation.
"It's a 30 week project," said Managing Director David Burgess. "The 'Cowshed' will be demolished and work will start on Tuesday, be ongoing over the summer and into next season and be hopefully ready before Christmas."
