Jack said: "I'd just like to say a massive thank you to everyone associated with Accrington Stanley for the last three years, by far the most I have enjoyed my football in my career so far!

"From players past and present, staff both on the pitch and off it, and to Andy Holt and the rest of the Board, I thank you all for making my time at the club one to remember.

"To the fans and the community of Accrington, I thank you all for treating myself and my family as one of your own from the very first day and is something  we are all grateful for.

"I've met people at the club and in the area that will remain friends for life. I wish John, Ged, and all the lads the very best for the new season ahead. I will be back at Accrington soon, as a fan, that's for sure."
