Accrington Stanley's Emerich Poilly has played a pivotal role in this season's FA Youth Cup journey and the midfielder can't wait for tomorrow night's fourth round tie against Charlton Athletic.
John Miles' side have already beaten Wigan Athletic, Bolton Wanderers and Swansea City, with the 17-year-old determined to do all he can to help his team progress.
"It would mean a lot for us, we obviously know that Charlton are a very good team and they're doing well in their league.
"We've beaten big teams in every round so far and everyone believes that we can do it again, so hopefully we can get the win and secure our spot in the fifth round."
Poilly, who was born in France, has regularly trained with the Under-23s and he hopes to keep impressing the club's management team as the season progresses.
"There are a lot of opportunities for us, not just me, but for all my teammates.
"We've all got to keep doing our best to impress John Coleman and the coaching staff, and then take our opportunties when we're invited to train with the Under-23s."
Stanley's third round victory over Swansea saw an attendance of more than 800 and he admits that it's a dream come true to be playing at the Wham Stadium.
"It's an unbelievable experience to play at the Wham and the fans have been great for each game.
"They give you an added boost to keep going and to be at it until the end, it's a great feeling and we obviously want to keep doing our best for them."
The midfielder was also keen to credit the work that the coaching staff do within the Academy.
"They set their standards from the first training session and they've told us that if we listen to what they're telling us, then we will do very well.
"We've kept doing that and they're very good at giving us advice, so we're delighted to have them at the club."
