Accrington Stanley can today confirm that striker Dion Charles has joined Bolton Wanderers for an undisclosed six-figure fee.
The 26-year-old arrived at the Wham Stadium in August 2019, with the Northern Ireland international then making a total of 97 appearances for John Coleman's side.
Charles grabbed 30 goals during his time in East Lancashire, with 19 of those coming in Sky Bet League One last season.
Manager John Coleman said: "I want to thank Dion for his service, it's a pity it ended the way it did but there was no animosity on our part.
"We hope he has a bright future and we wish him all the best."
