Ross Sykes drew the Reds level four minutes before the break, as the defender hammered a close-range effort past Connal Trueman in the Wimbledon goal.
Midfielder Matt Butcher completed the comeback just four minutes later, as the 23-year-old fired a low effort into the bottom corner to secure all three points for the Reds.
