Glyn Hodges' side opened the scoring after 18 minutes, as Ryan Longman tapped the ball into an empty net after Joe Pigott's shot had rebounded back off the post.
Ross Sykes drew the Reds level four minutes before the break, as the defender hammered a close-range effort past Connal Trueman in the Wimbledon goal.
Butcher completed the comeback just four minutes later, as the 23-year-old fired a low effort into the bottom corner to secure all three points for the Reds.
