An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a part of the Academy's Eilte Head of Coaching

Accrington Stanley Football Club have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join the Accrington Stanley Academy (Category 3) as Elite Head of Coaching.

Key responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Delivery of the Academy's Coaching Curriculum.
  • Designing and delivering the club's continued professional development programme, which shall reflect the club's playing philosophy and coaching philosophy and each coach's Coach Competency Framework for all the club's Academy coaches.
  • Provide a clear, up-to-date Training Needs Analysis (TNA) of every individual coach’s current and required level of performance.
  • In conjunction with each of the club's coaches, plan, deliver and monitor the delivery of individual development plans for each such coach.

Safeguarding

This role involves the supervision of and working with children and young people. The role will require CRC check through the DBS and clearance for work in football by the FA.
