Accrington Stanley exited this year's Emirates FA Cup in the first round after suffering a 2-1 defeat to Tranmere Rovers.
Corey Blackett-Taylor opened the scoring for the hosts, but Colby Bishop grabbed an equaliser on 24 minutes as the striker headed home a cross into the box from Michael Nottingham.
However, Peter Clarke's late winner ensured Ian Dawes' side go through to the second round of the competition.
