Accrington Stanley's home match against Tranmere Rovers saw the club support the Level Playing Field charity, who campaign to provide a positive and inclusive experience for disabled sports fans.
The key objective of the organisation is to raise awareness of good access and inclusion, and how it benefits disabled fans and the wider community.
Level Playing Field believe that attending and engaging with live sporting events has a positive impact on wellbeing, and they work at every level to ensure that disabled fans can freely access and enjoy live sport.
The club is fully supportive of the organisation and we are continuously working hard to ensure that all of our disabled fans have a good experience when coming to the Wham Stadium.
Stanley's Supporter Liaison Officer, Robert Houseman said: "The club works hard to remove barriers and ensure that facilities are fully accessible and inclusive so that all fans can enjoy an equal experience when visiting the Wham Stadium."
