Accrington Stanley suffered a 4-1 defeat away at Ipswich Town after the hosts scored three first half goals.
Goals from Kayden Jackson, James Norwood and Alan Judge saw the hosts to a comfortable lead at the break.
Offrande Zanzala won a penalty for the Reds in the second half, with the striker then converting from the spot himself to pull a goal back.
However there was still time for the hosts to add a fourth, as substitute Will Keane found the back of the net in second half injury time.
