The date has been set for our popular Annual Golf Day and entries are now open for those who want to take a swing at the event!
Last year 15 teams participated in our Annual Golf Day and, with a limit of 21 teams available to book on, ASFC are looking for maximum teams to enable us to undertake a shotgun start on 29th June 2020.
Whether you are looking to invite clients, staff or just join us for a round with friends, the day promises to be a fun-filled and relaxed day that's open to anyone.
The Stanley players and management are planning to swap the green of the Wham for the greens of Accrington Golf Club.
Guests will be playing a team stableford points competition with the best two scores on every hole to count.
Players will be given home-cooked soup and sandwiches on arrival at 1pm, ahead of the 2pm shot gun start with the event concluding with a luxury buffet and prizes.
As what is planned to be the first of many events at the club, it doesn't just stop there, there are lots of activities taking place on the course including competitions to find the longest drive, straightest drive and nearest the pins!
It’s for teams of three plus an ASFC player or member of the management team.
The cost is £225 per team and the package includes:
18 holes of golf
Shot gun start at 2pm
Souvenir team photograph for each player
Soup and sandwiches on arrival
Tea/Coffee
Individual and Team prizes to be won
Luxury buffet post-golf
Hole sponsorship is available £125 + vat (package includes mention upon entry, logo on event posters and website articles)
Main sponsorship £1,200 + vat (includes team in the golf day, banner for each team to have photo upon arrival, mention upon entry, website article PR pre and post event, present player of the day trophy sponsored by your business)
