Accrington Stanley have made a further signing with the acquisition of midfielder Sadou Diallo on loan until January 2020 from Wolverhampton Wanderers, subject to clearance from the FA and the Premier League.
The 20-year-old, who began his career with Manchester City, joined Wolves in August 2018 and his move to Stanley was completed late, and has now been approved by the EFL Executive.
As the paperwork was submitted after the noon deadline, the player was ineligible to play in Tuesday night's win over Fleetwood Town, so the club saw no need to rush the deal through.
The Guinean-born midfielder has featured 25 times for Wolves' Under-23s, scoring three goals and providing three assists, and he has represented England at various different youth levels.
After signing Diallo said: "It came about at the last minute, but I was very happy to hear that Accrington wanted me as they're a very good club.
"I'm a midfielder, but you have to be able to do everything in both defence and attack.
"You've got to be able to run with the ball and try and score and create goals for the team."
