Accrington Stanley's third annual Funfair and Fireworks night at the Wham Stadium yesterday evening was a sparkling success, as more than 1,700 people attended the event.
Club partners HML Recycling are our principal sponsors for the club's fantastic firework display and Stanley's Commercial and Events team would like to thank everyone who came along to the Wham Stadium to support the annual firework display.
We would also like to thank Magical Fireworks and John Collins Funfairs who once again provided the spectacular firework display and family funfair.
As well as this, we would also like to thank local band Furious Styles who performed live in the McMurray's Haulage and Bowland Brewery Fanzone.
Stanley's Commercial Manager, Daniel Bowerbank, said:"The event was another huge success with over 1,700 local people coming through the gates, for what is our third annual community funfair and fireworks event at the Wham Stadium.
"We added more rides and stalls this year along with having another local live band which once again proved to be a great success and it was great to see so many new faces enjoying the funfair and fireworks.
"Next year it will be even bigger and better as we continue to enhance the event for all our attendees, we want this to be Accrington community's principle evening of fun and fireworks."
