Accrington Stanley suffered a 2-0 home defeat to Crewe Alexandra as John Coleman's side exit this season's Emirates FA Cup in the first round.
The visitors took the lead in first half injury time through Charlie Kirk, with the game then being delayed for an hour at half-time with two of the match officials both withdrawing through injury.
Once the second half got underway, Chris Porter doubled Crewe's lead from the penalty spot and Stanley's Mark Hughes received a straight red card for a foul on Owen Dale.
