Accrington Stanley are seeking additional staff to work on matchdays here at the Wham!

50/50 sellers, programme sellers along with food and beverage staff to work match-days and some non-match day functions.

Description

Accrington Stanley are seeking motivated individuals to work throughout the busy football season at The Wham Stadium!

In addition to the home fixtures, the Wham Stadium will also be hosting various events, conferences and parties throughout the year.

We are currently recruiting for 50/50 sellers, programme sellers, food and beverage staff to join our team, experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be given.

There is casual work available on match-days and events during the year. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to earn some extra money!

Shifts are available throughout the year.

These roles is only available to applicants over the age of 16, and over 18s within our bar areas due to serving alcohol.

Interviews

We will be interviewing on an ongoing basis and there will be a mandatory training session held shortly after the interviews.

The working times…

Shifts vary in length from 4 to 8 hours and will usually be on Saturdays. You will be a casual worker so shifts will only be available when events/matches are on. There will also be late evening shifts available when there are matches and events midweek.

So if you are looking for a flexible role to fit around your other commitments this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Food and Beverage Requirements

- Customer service experience

- Food hygiene certificate

- Cash handling and cashing up

- Ensure the bar is fully stocked and stock rotated

- Collect and clean glasses

- Carry out tasks set by your manager/supervisor on a day

Bar Vacancies Desirable 

- BIIAB qualification (preferable)

Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential
