Stanley's 2019/20 league opponents were confirmed following the conclusion of the Play-Offs, so lets take a closer look at just who will be visiting the Wham Stadium during the upcoming campaign.
AFC Wimbledon
Wally Downes' AFC Wimbledon side finished 20th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 50 points from 46 games.
The Dons showed remarkable form to record only two losses in their last 15 league games which proved pivotal in the club ensuring their third tier status.
Blackpool
The Seasiders finished 10th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 62 points from 46 games.
Terry McPhillips will be hoping his side can turn more draws into wins this season after recording 17 draws during the 2018/19 season, only bettered by Sunderland with 19.
Bolton Wanderers
Phil Parkinson's side were relegated from the Sky Bet Championship after finishing 23rd, with 32 points from 46 games.
The Trotters fans will be hoping that their team will be challenging at the top end of the table this season once off-field issues are dealt with.
Bristol Rovers
Bristol Rovers finished 15th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 54 points from 46 games.
However, The Pirates showed impressive form during the second half of the season as they recorded only five losses since the turn of the year.
Burton Albion
Nigel Clough's Burton Albion side finished 9th in Sky Bet League One last season, winning 17 games out of 46.
The Brewers also reached the Semi-Finals of last season's Carabao Cup, where they crashed out at the hands of Pep Guardiola's treble-winning Manchester City side.
Bury
Bury bounced back at the first attempt after finishing 2nd in Sky Bet League Two last season, with 79 points from 46 games.
Midfielder Jay O'Shea and striker Nicky Maynard both played key roles in The Shakers' promotion, as the pair found the back of the net a combined 35 times in the league.
Coventry City
The Sky Blues finished 8th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 65 points from 46 games.
Mark Robins' side were in fact the only side in the division that finished the campaign with a goal difference of zero.
Doncaster Rovers
Doncaster finished 6th in Sky Bet League One last season, before being beaten on penalties in the Play-Off Semi-Finals by eventual winners Charlton Athletic.
Striker John Marquis finished the 2018/19 season joint second top scorer in the league, after he found the net on 22 occasions.
Fleetwood Town
The Cod Army finished 11th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 61 points from 46 games.
Joey Barton's side have already secured the signature of striker Paddy Madden on a new three-year deal, with the Irishman contributing 14 goals in the league during the 2018/19 season.
Gillingham
The Gills finished 13th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 55 points from 46 games.
New manager Steve Evans will be hoping his side can improve their home form, as the Kent side acquired a further five points on the road than they did at Priestfield.
Ipswich Town
Paul Lambert's side were relegated last season after finishing 24th in the Sky Bet Championship, bringing to an end their 17-year stay in the second tier of English football.
Ipswich will be expected to do well come the start of the season, however, Stanley did get the better of the East Anglian side in a 1-0 victory last season in the third round of the FA Cup,
Lincoln City
Danny Cowley's side clinched the Sky Bet League Two trophy during the 2018/19 season, with 85 points from 46 games.
The Imps' title-winning season included 19 different league goalscorers, including 15 goals from the club's top goalscorer John Akinde.
Milton Keynes Dons
Alike Bury, Milton Keynes Dons also bounced back after relegation at the first attempt as they finished 3rd in Sky Bet League Two last season, with 79 points from 46 games.
Striking duo Kieran Agard and Chuks Aneke grabbed a combined 37 league goals last season, which equates to more than half of the club's total goals scored in the league.
Oxford United
The U's finished 12th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 60 points from 46 games.
Karl Robinson's side will be hopeful of a promotion push if they can turn more draws into wins as they recorded 15 draws, with 11 of those coming away from home.
Peterborough United
Darren Ferguson's side missed out on the Play-Offs by a single point as they finished 7th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 72 points from 46 games.
However, Posh have already issued a message of intent to the rest of the division for next season by paying a club-record fee to sign Mo Eisa from Bristol City on a four-year contract.
Portsmouth
Despite not securing promotion, Pompey did get their hands on some silverware as they secured the EFL trophy with a 5-4 penalty win over Sunderland at Wembley Stadium.
However, the Black Cats did get their revenge as they eliminated Kenny Jackett's side in the Play-Off Semi-Finals, after Pompey had finished 4th in Sky Bet League One.
Rochdale
Brian Barry-Murphy's side finished 16th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 54 points from 46 games.
Striker Ian Henderson grabbed 20 goals during the last campaign, which equates to more than a third of the club's league goals.
Rotherham United
Paul Warne's Rotherham side were relegated from the Sky Bet Championship last season, with 40 points from 46 games.
The Millers' fans will be hopeful of securing an instant return to the second tier, as their side have clinched three promotions during the last seven seasons.
Shrewsbury Town
Shrewsbury finished 18th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 52 points from 46 games.
Sam Ricketts' side have already signed defender Ethan Ebanks-Landell and striker Daniel Udoh, who grabbed 26 goals for AFC Telford in the National League North last season.
Southend United
Southend secured their Sky Bet League One status in dramatic fashion as an 87th minute strike from Stephen Humphrys ensured that it was Plymouth Argyle, Walsall and Scunthorpe United who suffered the drop on the final day of the season.
Kevin Bond's side will be hoping they can improve on their points total at home during the 2019/20 campaign, as the Essex side only managed to attain two more points at Roots Hall than they did on their travels.
Sunderland
Jack Ross' side suffered Play-Off heartbreak as Charlton Athletic snatched victory in the Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final with virtually the last kick of the game.
This wasn't the first time during the 2018/19 season that The Black Cats suffered Wembley heartache as they also lost 5-4 on penalties to Portsmouth in the EFL Trophy Final.
Tranmere Rovers
Tranmere secured a second consecutive promotion with a 119th minute header from Connor Jennings as they beat Newport County 1-0 in the Sky Bet League Two Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium.
Rovers' promotion push was spearheaded by striker James Norwood who grabbed 29 league goals, which also earned him the EFL League Two Player of the Season award.
Wycombe Wanderers
Gareth Ainsworth's side finished 17th in Sky Bet League One last season, with 53 points from 46 games.
The Chairboys will be hoping they can improve their away form as they clinched just 18 points on the road, a record only better than Plymouth Argyle and Bradford City, who were both relegated.
