Accrington Stanley striker Colby Bishop is delighted to be at the club after joining this afternoon for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old, who has signed a three-year contract with the club, explained that this is what he has been working hard for.
"I'm over the moon, I mean its what I've always wanted and what I've worked hard for, and to have the opportunity again I can't wait to get started and work hard."
Bishop, who joins from Leamington, admitted that he feels he can add goals to the team and also bring other players into play.
"Hopefully goals, that's what a striker's job is isn't it, so hopefully I get some chances and can put some goals away and have a good time.
"I'm quite a tall lad, I'm good in the air and stuff like that.
"I work hard and I try and make it hard for the defenders, I don't want a defender to come off and think they've had a nice day, so just work hard and score goals and hopefully bring other people into play as well."
Bishop is already good friends with fellow striker Offrande Zanzala, and he hopes that the two of them can have some success together at the club.
"I know Ozzy, I've known him for quite a long time now, we used to play at Derby for four or five years together when we was younger and he lives around the corner from me now, so we've been good mates for quite a while now, I'm looking forward to having a good laugh with him.
"We've had that conversation and we've always worked well together, even at academy times we used to play together and we used to work really well together, him playing off me, so hopefully we can do that here and have some success."
