Donacien move made permanent

3 January 2019

Janoi Donacien has been been granted a work permit to make his move to Ipswich Town permanent.

The 25-year-old joined the Tractor Boys on a season long loan in the summer, with a view to put pen to paper on a three year deal when the work permit was granted.

Saint Lucia-born Donacien, who made 80 league appearances for Stanley, helped the Reds secure the League Two title last season before switching to East Anglia.

The necessary paperwork has now been completed.

Former Reds Donacien, Kayden Jackson and Toto Nsiala could all feature for Paul Lambert's side when Ipswich visit the Wham Stadium in the Emirates FA Cup Third Round on Saturday.
