Accrington Stanley will host two food bank drop-off points ahead of this Saturday's game against Portsmouth in aid of Maundy Relief.
The club has worked with the charity previously, as John Coleman's squad helped out at the Christmas pop-up toy shop earlier this year.
Maundy Relief is a well-known organisation that is embedded in the local community and helps out with furniture, household goods and food, and counselling for those in mental distress.
Former Coronation Street actress, Julie Hesmondhalgh said: "The charity is short on food before Christmas and for some people it's either a choice of putting the heating on or putting food on the table."
Stanley have previously hosted successful food bank drop-off points and this year's are being supported by Scott Dawson Advertising.
If you've got a spare tin of food or a pack of biscuits, then please bring them along between 1-3pm on Saturday and kindly donate them to Maundy Relief at one of the two food bank drop-off points.
