Accrington Stanley are seeking additional staff to work matchdays and also some non-match day functions.
Description
Accrington Stanley are seeking motivated individuals to work throughout the busy football season at the Wham Stadium!
In addition to the home fixtures, the Wham Stadium will also be hosting various events, conferences and parties throughout the year.
We currently have vacancies for the following areas: Bar Kiosks, Catering Kiosks and also within our Retail Store to join our team, experience preferred but not necessary as training will be given.
There is casual work available on matchdays and events during the year. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to earn some extra money!
Shifts are available throughout the year.
Interviews
We will be interviewing on an ongoing basis and there will be a mandatory training session held shortly after the interviews.
Working times
Shifts vary in length from 4 to 8 hours and will usually be on Saturdays. You will be a casual worker so shifts will only be available when events/matches are on. There will also be late evening shifts available when there are matches and events midweek.
So if you are looking for a flexible role to fit around your other commitments this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Some of the requirements are:
- Serving customers
- Cash handling
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Ensure the areas are fully stocked and rotated
- Carry out tasks set by your manager/supervisor on a day
For the bar vacancies experience is preferred but not essentialAbout us
Accrington Stanley are looking for committed, enthusiastic staff to join our great team.
You must be eligible to work in the UK, well presented and have excellent communication skills. You also need to be available to work weekends and some weekday evenings when required.
