John Coleman says Gareth Ainsworth should get more credit for the job he has done at Wycombe ahead of tomorrow's meeting at the Wham Stadium.
The Chairboys make the trip to Lancashire having won just once on the road in League One this season, but were unlucky not to come away with all three points last time out against Sunderland.
Stanley are unbeaten in their last five home games against the Buckinghamshire side, and the Reds boss is looking forward to welcoming his opposite number to the Wham, with Wycombe promoted with Stanley last season.
"You know what you're getting off Gareth's teams," said Coleman. "He makes no bones about his style of football and I like him.
"He's a really nice fella and he's a good footballing person. He's honest, he's passionate and he's done a really good job at Wycombe.
"He should get a lot more plaudits than he gets to be fair.
"It's a similar situation to us in that they don't have the largest fanbase or the greatest financial backing, but they have a go. They wear their heart on their sleeve and I always enjoy the encounters with them.
"We've watched numerous videos on them and they're a good side with good players. They've scored some terrific goals as well.
"We know that they'll pose us problems, and we just want to show them that we're a good side as well."
