Accrington Stanley were held to a frustrating 1-1 draw by a well-drilled Cheltenham Town side at the Wham Stadium.
After dominating much of the first period Stanley fell behind to a Mo Eisa goal, but forward Kayden Jackson quickly restored parity.
The second-half saw little in the way of goalmouth action as the Reds were forced to settle for a point in Sky Bet League Two.
It was Stanley who forced the first attempt, a quick-spin on the edge of the penalty area by Jackson but the forward dragged his shot wide.
The forward made a lively start, just two minutes he raced through on goal and looked certain to score, only for Scott Flinders to race off his line and make a low save to deny the Stanley man.
Seconds later and the visitors had an identical effort, Kevin Dawson was played through one-on-one but agonisingly rolled his effort inches wide of the post.
Stanley thought they'd taken the lead on the half-hour mark when the ball set up perfectly for midfielder Liam Nolan, who unleashed a ferocious strike that whistled past Flinders but crashed off the bar and fell to safety, denying the 23-year-old a second goal of the week.
After withstanding a barrage of pressure from the home side, Cheltenham took the lead, Eisa reacting first to a bobbling ball on the edge of the before poking a shot past Aaron Chapman.
It took less than two minutes for the Reds to respond, Jackson raced onto another of those through balls before side-footing a low shot past Flinders to grab his 6th league goal of the season - sending his side in level at the break.
There was a huge blow for Stanley at the start of the second-half, goalscorer Jackson succumbed to the injury that he had played through the first period with, he was replaced by on-loan forward Mallik Wilks who went straight into the thick of the action dragging a shot wide.
After frustrating the Reds for long parts, it was the away side who finished strongly. Substitute Jerell Sellars leading a counter-attack which saw his shot deflect wide and out for a corner.
From the resulting corner, which was taken short, Sellars cut inside and fired a shot towards the top corner forcing Chapman into a fine save, the goalkeeper just about getting his fingertips to the ball and tipping it over.
