John Coleman says on-loan Sunderland goalkeeper Max Stryjek will be back at the club next week, as he steps up his recovery from a hamstring injury.
The Polish stopper arrived at the Wham Stadium on deadline day but picked up the injury just nine minutes into his debut at Morecambe and hasn't played since.
The 21-year-old returned to his parent club for treatment, leaving Aaron Chapman as the only fit senior goalkeeper at the club.
Ahead of the Coventry City game on Saturday, Coleman also provided an update on forward Kayden Jackson, who has missed the last two games with a knock to his hip.
"Max will be back in training with us next week," he said. "Kayden trained yesterday and we'll keep monitoring him, he's being struggling to shake this one off but we're hoping that he will play some part on Saturday.
"You just want everybody that you've got here to be available and at your disposal. When you can't it can be frustrating but apart from Max we should have a fully-fit squad to choose from on Saturday.
"Ben's [Richards-Everton] recovery has gone well, he played 90 minutes in the Checkatrade Trophy and that's another option that we now have."
Stanley currently have eight loanees on their books but as per EFL rules Coleman can only include five in his match day squad, something that he has been juggling with in recent weeks.
But the manager insists he his hopeful of a resolution in the near future.
"The lads who are in that situation understand," said Coleman. "It's difficult for them and don't get me wrong it's difficult for me, to leave them out of the match day squad after watching them train all week.
"We are in the process of trying to convert a couple of the loan deals into permanent ones, we'll wait and see but that would go a long way to helping ease the problem."
