John Coleman says his side must go and win at Crewe on Saturday if they want to remain on-track with their promotion aspirations this season.
Coleman acknowledges it can be difficult to think about football at such a difficult time for the club but does believe that Saturday's game can provide his side with the perfect chance to pay tribute to Jordan Moseley.
Stanley were left stunned by two late Stevenage goals that saw them lose 3-2 on Tuesday night, in a game which they had twice led - the manager also confirmed he has been handed a boost as on-loan Sunderland goalkeeper Max Stryjek returned to training with Stanley this morning.
Crewe have endured a mixed start to the season, they currently sit 17th in Sky Bet League Two, but beat high-flying Notts County 2-0 at Gresty Road in midweek.
"We always think we have to win and Saturday is no different," said Coleman. "But Crewe will have the exact same mindset, I've watched them a couple of times already this season, they're a good team going forward and they have got a potent threat up-front in Dagnall, Porter and Bowery, they will provide tough opposition.
"But we like to focus on what we have and how we can do damage, we believe we can go there and hurt them it's just a case of finding that ruthless streak in front of goal.
"We've come through a busy week of football relatively unscathed, a couple of little niggles but we're hoping to have a fully-fit squad to choose from once more. Max is back with us now and hopefully he is over his hamstring troubles, it means that we have two fully-fit goalkeepers fighting for a starting place."
Coleman bemoaned Tuesday's late winner that condemned the Reds to defeat but is adamant his side will never change their attacking mindset and will always look to win matches.
"Possibly on Tuesday night we should have been happy to settle with the point," he said. "In the end we have committed men forward in search of the win because it isn't in our nature to play for draws, we've been outnumbered at the back and it's cost us.
"When we have been the better team we have to start making sure we take all three points, we have to find a way. We had 21 shots on Tuesday and it's important that we convert more of those into goals."
