The club's first firework display and funfair at the Wham Stadium was a sparkling success with more than 1,000 people enjoying the fireworks and rides.

The club's events team, in partnership with Hyndburn Borough Council, would like to thank all our attendees who came to the Wham Stadium on Friday 3^rd November and showed their support for the club's first ever firework display held at the ground.

After its success, we will be hosting this event again next year and the display will be bigger and better  with larger rides for the older end age groups. Due to restrictions this year we couldn't hold larger rides for the first event.

We would like to thank Magical Fireworks for a great 15-minute display and also John Collins Funfairs who provided the funfair.

Daniel Bowerbank, Commercial Manager, said: “Following a review of this year's event over 1,000 people from the local community supported what was our first ever funfair and firework display.

"The event was a great success and we look to continue to build on this over the coming years. It was great to see so many new faces at the ground enjoying the McMurrays Haulage and Bowland Brewery FanZone and the event as a whole.”
