Accrington Stanley Football Club are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former Crawley Town manager Dermot Drummy.
Management pair John Coleman and Jimmy Bell have led the tributes to Dermot, who they studied alongside on a recent LMA course in football management.
Assistant manager Jimmy Bell said: "Dermot was a great man and a true gentleman, he had become a very good friend of myself and John during our time together on the course."
Dermot, 56, had brought his former Crawley side to the Wham Stadium as recently as April this year.
Everybody connected with Stanley echoes those sentiments from Jimmy and our thoughts are with the family and friends of Dermot at this difficult time.
