After relegation to League Two in 2014, last season was one of consolidation for Stevenage after losing a number of players.
This season Stevenage were tipped to push for promotion, with the appointment of Teddy Sheringham and a number of new signings sparking optimism.
They struggled for consistency though and Sheringham left the club at the turn of the year.
Replacement Darren Sarll has led Boro to safety in League Two and they'll be keen to end the season by continuing a good run of recent form.[/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title="Manager"]
Darren Sarll was promoted from Head of Youth to First Team Coach in summer 2015 and then to Caretaker Manager in February 2016.
The 32-year old has held the UEFA A License badge for 10 years and has spent the last three years as Head of Youth at Stevenage, overseeing the transformation of the youth structure and guiding the under-18s to their best ever league and cup performances.
Now in his second spell at the club, Darren has also worked at Brentford and Rotherham United.[/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title="One to Watch"]
