A free Easter egg and free match admission are waiting for accompanied under-12s attending Accrington Stanley's Good Friday home game against Leyton Orient.
Thousands of vouchers have gone out to schools across Hyndburn in the run-up to the Good Friday match, entitling accompanied under-12s to the double Easter treat. The vouchers are also available from the Accrington Stanley shop in Accrington Market Hall.
The Easter eggs have been donated by the Official Accrington Stanley Supporters Club, whose chairman Nick Westwell said: “Stanley are having a great season and vying for promotion and we want to encourage more young fans to come and enjoy the thrill of watching live football and cheering on their home team from the stands.
“With a free Easter egg to enjoy while they watch the match, it's sure to be a great day out.”
The Easter eggs will be available from the supporters' club table at Stanley's Wham Stadium from 2pm ─ an hour before the 3pm kick-off. They are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last, to accompanied under-12s presenting a voucher.
Under-12s enjoy free admission all season at Stanley's home games provided they are accompanied by a full paying adult, including season ticket holders. In fact under-12s can have their own free season ticket when bought together with an adult season ticket.
For full details of this offer, including early bird prices until April 30th and a free Accrington Stanley doll for under-12s, pick up a season ticket application form from the club or the shop at Accrington Market Hall. For more about the club, visit: www.accringtonstanley.co.uk
