Due to the weather conditions currently affecting Accrington training and
games will be postponed*. Behind the scenes a lot of effort has been put
into trying to find alternative venues suitable to host all eight teams in
the academy but we have been unsuccessful in this. Today (Friday 23rd
January) we had hoped that the forecasted rain and higher temperature would
remove the snow and ice from pitches and enable us to train. Unfortunately
this has not been the case so we have been left no option but to cancel
training.
*The under 16's game will go ahead at Rochdale. All other fixtures have been
cancelled. Updates about training next week will be posted on the website.
