Stanley midfielder John O'Sullivan believes that nobody in the team can take their place for granted as the Reds look to return to winning ways against Hartlepool United tonight.
The Irishman is one of a number of players to join the club on loan since the return of John Coleman as manager and has extended his deal from Blackburn until December.
He feels that the competition for places at the Store First Stadium is fierce.
"Every week you see players who'd been playing every week before the gaffer came in who are waiting for their chance," he explained. "You can see it in training. If I was the manager here I would find it tough to pick the team to be honest but that's down to the manager and I'm sure whatever team he picks, even if he makes a few changes everyone will be supporting each other.
"It's not just about the lads who are starting, it's about the whole group as a collective. There's a good group of lads here."
O'Sullivan saw Stanley win their first three games after he arrived but has since been on the losing team in the last two matches and is determined for that to change this evening.
"It's been hard to take," he admitted. "I thought we were excellent in the Dagenham game and we had chance after chance. They had two chances I think and scored them both. I think in the last couple of games they've had four or five chances and scored four goals and we've had 20+ chances and scored two!
"We know we have goals in the team and it's just about it falling into place now. In training you can see the talent of this squad and once it comes good I don't think anyone will be able to stop us."
