Four players will leave the club when their contracts expire this summer.
Midfielders Luke Clark and George Miller, striker Danny Webber and defender Laurence Wilson won't be offered new deals for next season.
"Making these tough decisions is one of the most unpleasant experiences of being a manager," said boss James Beattie. "I'd like to thank all four lads for their service and wish them all the best for the future."
Clark and Miller both joined the Reds in summer 2012, going on to make 13 and 33 appearances for the club respectively.
Wilson was signed by former boss Leam Richardson in January 2013 and has gone onto make 35 Stanley appearances.
Webber came to the club last summer, scoring the first goal under James Beattie's management at Newport County in the opening game of the season.
The remaining out of contract players will all be offered new deals at the Store First Stadium, with further news expected in the coming weeks.
