Despite the storm conditions in the north west over the last 24 hours work continues on the pitch here at the Store First Stadium to ensure that tomorrow night's game with Scunthorpe goes ahead.
The forecast is for rain tomorrow but it is currently bright and dry, with steps being taken to prepare the surface for further rain.
"We've been using the slitting machine to aid drainage," said groundsman Martyn Cook. "We have the option of covering areas with rain covers if a lot of rain comes down in the hours before the game."
